Terms of the "Newsletter" Promotion

I. Preliminary Provisions

These terms of the promotion called "Newsletter" define the rules, conditions, scope, and complaint procedure of the Promotion, the rules of participation, the rights granted to participants, and the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Terms").

The organizer of the "Newsletter" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is Marco Shoes Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Malawskiego 5, 26-617 Radom, NIP: 7962992540 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The Promotion is conducted through the online store www.eu.marcoshoes.com/en (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"), available at URL: https://www.eu.marcoshoes.com/en

The Promotion is open to Customers who have received a discount code from the Organizer – after meeting the participation conditions, they become participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Participant"). The Promotion is exclusively for individuals who have subscribed to the Online Store Newsletter. Within no more than 2 days of subscribing to the Newsletter service, the Organizer sends a discount code to the email address provided by the Customer when subscribing.

II. Subject and Conditions of the Promotion

The subject of the Promotion is the possibility for the Promotion Participant to receive a discount voucher worth EUR 10 off the initial (regular) gross sale price of Products available in the Online Store's current offer during the Promotion Period (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").

The Promotion does not apply to discounted Products (i.e., Products whose price has already been reduced, Products already covered by vouchers, promotions, discounts, or other special price or product offers).

The value of purchased Products entitling the Participant to use the Discount is a minimum of EUR 100 gross. The Promotion is valid until further notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"), subject to section 13 below. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products within the Promotion does not require the Promotion Participant to incur any additional costs beyond the payment of the Product Price included in the Promotion and selected delivery costs chosen by the Customer).

To participate in the Promotion, you need to:
a. subscribe to the Newsletter service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions;
b. read and accept the Promotion Terms;
c. place an Order with a total value of at least EUR 100 gross during the Promotion Period;
d. before placing the Order – in the Cart section – enter the code received from the Organizer and click the "Apply Coupon" button. Submitting the discount code after placing the Order does not entitle the Participant to use the Discount.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, reductions, or special price or product offers available in the Online Store unless the terms of such offers state otherwise. The Discount will be applied in such a way that the regular Price of the Product(s) purchased by the Promotion Participant in the Online Store will be reduced by the Discount value, i.e., EUR 10, calculated from the full regular Price of the Product. The Promotion does not cover (and does not reduce) any delivery costs of Products purchased as part of the Promotion in the Online Store, which are borne by the Participant in full.

In the case of purchasing multiple Products covered by the Promotion at the same time, the Discount is calculated from the total Price of the Products covered by the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, each Participant can use the Promotion only once. The Discount granted by the Organizer as part of the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment and is non-transferable.

The Participant has the right, but not the obligation, to use the Discount when purchasing Products in the Online Store.

The Discount can be used under the conditions outlined in these Promotion Terms within 1 year of receiving it.

III. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted by Participants, particularly via email to office@marcoshoes.com or by post to the Organizer's address. To speed up the complaint process, please provide the Participant's name, contact details (e.g., email address or phone number), and a description of the reasons for the complaint. The Participant will be informed within 14 days via email or in writing about the resolution of the complaint and how it has been addressed.

The Organizer will handle complaints, applying the provisions of these Promotion Terms in particular.

IV. Final Provisions

These Promotion Terms are available at the URL: https://marcoshoes.com/en/terms/newsletter-32 and are effective from March 15, 2018.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, terms capitalized in the Promotion Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, available at: https://eu.marcoshoes.com/eng-terms.html

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms in the event of an important reason, understood as (a closed list):

1. a. a change in legal regulations governing the conditions, rules, and organization of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants;
2. b. a change in the way the Promotion is conducted due to technical or technological reasons;
3. c. a change in legal regulations governing the sale of Products or the provision of services electronically by the Organizer, affecting the mutual rights and obligations defined in the agreement between the Customer and the Seller, or a change in the interpretation of these regulations resulting from court decisions, recommendations, or guidelines issued by relevant offices or authorities;
4. d. a change in the method of service provision caused exclusively by technical or technological reasons (particularly updating technical requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions);
5. e. a change in the scope or provision of services to which the Terms and Conditions apply, by introducing new functionalities or services or modifying or withdrawing existing ones.

If changes are made to the Promotion Terms, the Organizer will provide a consolidated version of the Promotion Terms by publishing it in the Online Store.
Changes to the Promotion Terms take effect from the moment they are explicitly indicated and published in the Online Store. Discounts that remain valid at the time of the Promotion Terms' amendment, as specified in section II above, will continue to be governed by the original version of the Promotion Terms.
